Health Professional Worker Pool Staffing Agency Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Health Professional Worker Pool ("HPWP," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms
and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, the services we offer, and any
materials or documents you submit to us, including but not limited to your resume,
credentials, and other verification documents. By uploading your resume, submitting
documents, or engaging with our platform, you agree to abide by and comply with these
Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not upload
any documents, resumes, or interact with the HPWP platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By uploading your resume and any other related documents or materials to HPWP, you are
agreeing to these Terms. You also acknowledge and agree that you have the authority to
share the submitted information and that it is accurate and truthful to the best of your
knowledge.
2. Account Registration
In order to access and upload documents, you may be required to create an account with
HPWP. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account login information.
Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed
without your authorization.
3. Resume and Document Submission
By submitting your resume and documents through the HPWP platform, you grant HPWP
permission to use, store, and process your documents for the purpose of evaluating your
qualifications for employment opportunities with healthcare organizations, facilities, and
other clients.
You are responsible for ensuring that all documents submitted are true, accurate, and
up-to-date.
You agree to provide any additional documentation or verification materials as
requested by HPWP, including but not limited to certifications, licenses, or
background checks, to be considered for employment opportunities.
4. Verification of Credentials
HPWP may, at its discretion, conduct background checks and verify the credentials,
professional licenses, and certifications that you provide. You consent to the verification
process and understand that failure to provide accurate documentation may impact your
eligibility for job placement.
HPWP will use all personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Any information collected for verification will not be shared with third parties except
as necessary for employment purposes and in accordance with our privacy policy.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
HPWP takes your privacy seriously and complies with all applicable privacy laws in
Maryland and the United States, including the Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where
applicable. For more information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data,

6. Employment Laws and Equal Opportunity
As a staffing agency operating in Maryland, HPWP complies with all relevant employment
laws and regulations, including the Maryland Fair Employment Practices Act, the Equal
Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) guidelines, and any applicable federal labor
laws.

7. Use of Platform

Submit any documents or information that is false, misleading, or defamatory.
Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the platform or its
services.
8. Intellectual Property
The HPWP platform and all its contents, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics,
designs, and software, are the property of HPWP or its licensors and are protected by U.S.
copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce,
modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform’s content without prior
written permission from HPWP.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
HPWP makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or
availability of employment opportunities posted on the platform. We are not responsible for
any job placements or any employment-related issues that may arise between you and any
client of HPWP.
We do not guarantee that any resume or document submission will result in a job
offer or placement.
HPWP is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our
platform or services, including but not limited to loss of data, job opportunities, or
income.
10. Termination of Access
HPWP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the
platform and services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of
these Terms.
Upon termination, any documents or resumes you have uploaded may be removed
from our systems.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
HPWP reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. When we
make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. You are
encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any such
changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
